Meta advertising measurement and GuestPics
We use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure website visits, GuestPics checkout starts and successful paid activations, and to improve advertising.
For paid GuestPics activations, we share the payment amount and currency, a random conversion identifier and time, the GuestPics page address without query parameters, Meta browser/click identifiers (_fbp and _fbc), browser information and a public IP address when available. Your normalized email and an internal account identifier are hashed with SHA-256 for matching; hashing is not anonymization. Event names, dates, guests, photos, videos and payment-card details are not sent through this integration.
We retain matching data for up to 180 days. Contact [email protected] for data requests. Meta Platforms Ireland Limited processes the information under its terms, including applicable international transfers.
Meta Privacy PolicyAI virtual try-on: photographs and face data
Updated 8 September 2026. This section applies to virtual try-on in the EasyWedding website and iOS/Android apps.
What we collect and why
Only after you explicitly agree, we collect the body photograph you select and, optionally, a separate face photograph. These image files can show your face, body and other visible details. We link your uploads and generated images to your EasyWedding account so you can reuse photos and view your try-on history. We do not use Face ID, create biometric identity templates, identify you through facial recognition, or use these images for advertising or profiling. The feature is for people aged 18 or over; upload only photographs of yourself.
What is sent to Google Gemini
When you request a try-on, we send the selected body and optional face image, the dress image and generation instructions to Google's Gemini API. Google processes these inputs to create a new image showing you wearing the dress. We do not send your account name, email or payment details as part of this AI request. EasyWedding does not use your photos or results to train AI models. Under the Gemini paid-service terms, Google does not use this content to improve its general AI products. Google separately monitors misuse; flagged content may be reviewed by authorized personnel and used for policy enforcement.
Storage, access and third-party protection
Amazon Web Services (AWS) stores the uploaded photographs and generated images in private object storage for EasyWedding. Files are encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to authorized service operations and your account through temporary links; the images are not published in a public gallery. Google receives image bytes over an encrypted connection. We require service providers processing this data on our behalf to provide the same or equal protection described in this policy through applicable data-processing agreements, access restrictions and security obligations. Google's paid API data-processing terms and AWS's data-processing terms govern their respective processing. Providers may process data outside your country under their applicable international-transfer safeguards.
How long photographs and face data are kept
EasyWedding retains each source photograph and generated result in your account until you delete that item, withdraw AI photo-sharing permission, or delete your account. There is no separate biometric database. Deleting one source photograph does not delete previously generated results; delete those in try-on history or use the withdrawal control to remove everything. Deletion removes the account records immediately and queues the stored image files for deletion; the deletion worker runs every minute and retries storage failures. Google retains prompts, context and outputs for 55 days for abuse monitoring and required legal or regulatory disclosures. That provider retention is separate from your EasyWedding history. We cannot recall an AI request that has already been sent or promise immediate deletion of Google's abuse-monitoring records. Copies you explicitly download or share are controlled by you or the recipient.
Declining, withdrawing permission and deletion
Before the photo picker or AI submission is available, the app explains the data, recipient and purpose and asks for your explicit agreement. Selecting 'Not now' leaves photo sharing disabled and does not prevent you from using other EasyWedding features or buying credits. In Virtual Try-On, select 'Withdraw permission' to revoke consent and delete all saved source photos and generated results. This stops queued work, discards results from in-flight work, and returns credits for unfinished try-ons. You can also delete individual photos or results, or delete your account from account settings. Withdrawing permission does not affect the lawfulness of processing already performed. Contact [email protected] for a data-access or deletion request. We retain the current consent version and acceptance/withdrawal timestamps until account deletion, without retaining deleted images; legally required purchase records are separate from image data.
