Classic traditional recipes from International, Mediterranean and Greek cuisine or modern, original, light options (Ethnic, Oriental, Fusion) depending on the style of the event and your wishes.
In any case, the choice of the best ingredients and a deep knowledge of the culinary art guarantee the result.
And because atelier and rehearsals are interrelated terms, a rehearsal generale in the company's showroom (presentation, menu testing, crockery, linen, decoration) several days before is required to confirm your choices.
