Course Cancellations

• Free Course Cancellation Free cancellation can be made up to 3 hours before the scheduled lesson.

• In case of cancellation after this time frame, the cancellation will be charged normally.

Package Duration

• Package Redemption Time Limit All sessions purchased must be redeemed within the time frame corresponding to each package.
• After this time limit, the sessions cannot be used and are lost. There are no extensions or freezes in subscriptions (except for health reasons) with a doctor's note.

Payments of Packages in Installments

• Packages that offer the option of installment payments must be paid within 3 days of the scheduled payment date of each installment.
• In case of non-payment within this period, the subscription will be automatically deactivated.
