Wedding Photo Booth Hire in Athens

Compare classic, mirror and 360° booths

Review real photo or video samples and see how guests use each format. Decide whether you want prints, digital sharing or a motion-led experience, and confirm the precise deliverables.

Measure space and guest flow

Request dimensions for the booth, backdrop and equipment and allow room for a queue without blocking exits or walkways. Agree the position with the venue so it is visible without disrupting the dance floor or service.

Plan access and setup

Check parking, unloading, lifts, stairs and access and collection times. City hotels, rooftops and lofts may have a limited delivery window or rules for bulky equipment.

Check power, connectivity and support

Confirm power, safely managed cables and whether Wi‑Fi is required for immediate sharing. Ask whether an attendant, backup equipment and event-time support are included.

Clarify prints, files and privacy

Record print quantities, digital gallery, delivery time and retention period. Agree how guests are informed and who may view, download or share the material.

Compare packages and Attica travel

Compare equal hours, booth type, attendant, props, backdrop, customisation, prints, overtime and taxes. Confirm whether Attica travel, tolls and parking are included.

Which photo booth type suits our reception?

A classic booth offers a familiar experience and prints, a mirror booth uses an interactive display, and a 360° booth creates short videos. Compare examples, guest flow, required space and deliverables.

What does photo booth hire usually include?

A quote may cover transport, setup, operating hours, an attendant, props, backdrop, prints and digital files. Ask for overtime, customisation and travel beyond the standard area to be listed separately.

How much space does the booth require?

Requirements vary by booth type, backdrop and guest queue. Share a floor plan or photographs of the exact position and keep safe clearance from the dance floor, exits, service routes and walkways.

What is needed for setup at an Athens venue?

Confirm vehicle access, parking or unloading, lifts, stairs, power and setup time. For a hotel, rooftop or upper floor, tell the venue about the equipment and delivery schedule in advance.

Are prints and digital photographs included?

Packages differ. Ask about print quantity and size, online gallery, delivery timing, storage period and how guests will be informed about the use of their images.

Can the backdrop and print template be customised?

Many suppliers offer colour, name, logo or layout options. Request a digital proof and approval deadline so the final design aligns with the wedding styling.

Is an attendant present?

Check whether someone is included to guide guests, replenish materials and provide technical support. Ask about the equipment-failure procedure and the event-day contact.

How are Attica travel and outdoor setups handled?

Confirm the included travel zone and any toll, parking or distance charges. An outdoor setup needs level covered ground, safe power and an agreed alternative for wind or rain.
