Wedding Car Rental in Greece

Comparing wedding car hire prices

Starting prices belong to individual suppliers, not a standard full-day package. Ask each company to quote the same vehicle, route, hours, waiting time and driver. For an island or a different city, itemise vehicle transport, ferry costs, accommodation if needed and VAT. Confirm the exact car and the replacement plan.

Match the vehicle to practical needs

Check door access, seating, air conditioning, space for wedding clothing and safe decoration points. Where possible, inspect the actual vehicle rather than photographs of the same model.

Map the complete destination route

Provide collection, ceremony, portrait and reception addresses, waiting periods and alternative routes. Allow for traffic, parking, narrow roads, ports and restricted access.

Clarify chauffeur, licensing and insurance

Ask whether a professional chauffeur is included, who operates the service and which cover applies. For self-drive hire, review licence, deposit, usage limits and damage responsibility.

Agree decoration and portrait time

Confirm what can be attached to the car and who installs and removes it. Record whether portrait time is included and whether the vehicle has location or usage restrictions.

Check the final terms and backup

The contract should cover hours, distance, waiting, fuel, tolls, parking, delay, overtime and cancellation. Ask what happens after a breakdown and which replacement vehicle may be available.

How should we compare wedding car hire prices?

Starting prices belong to individual suppliers, not a standard full-day package. Ask each company to quote the same vehicle, route, hours, waiting time and driver. For an island or a different city, itemise vehicle transport, ferry costs, accommodation if needed and VAT. Confirm the exact car and the replacement plan.

Which type of wedding car should we choose?

Consider clothing space, passenger count, air conditioning, route and photography style. A vintage, classic or modern car offers different comfort and access requirements.

Is a chauffeur included?

Many services include one, but not all. The proposal should state the driver, hours, attire, waiting time and whether anyone else may drive the vehicle.

How is service time calculated?

Time may begin when the car leaves its base, at collection or for an agreed route. Request exact start and finish times, waiting and overtime terms.

Can we decorate the wedding car?

That depends on the vehicle and materials. Confirm permitted attachment points and methods, who installs the decoration and who is responsible for damage.

What information is needed for an accurate quote?

Provide the date, full addresses, timings, passengers, portrait stops, waiting time and vehicle preference. Mention ferry travel or restricted access from the start.

Are fuel, tolls and parking included?

Not always. Ask for each item separately or written confirmation that it is included in the total, together with any distance limit.

What happens if the car breaks down?

The contract should explain notification, roadside support, a possible replacement and refund terms. Ask how closely any substitute can match the booked vehicle.
