A few words about the wedding
Maria and Dimitris chose to live their day the way that suits them: relaxed, authentic, and with their gaze fixed on the sea. On the Athenian coastline, in the heart of summer, the setting had that familiar “vacation” feeling that makes a wedding feel like a little getaway, without excess and without rush. Everything seemed to flow to the rhythm of the waves, with the guests getting into the same light mood from early on and the couple enjoying every moment with calm and a smile.
The style was distinctly beach, with white and natural shades that let the view take center stage. The ceremony was set up on a wooden deck facing the sea, beneath an arch with airy fabrics and a lush arrangement of white roses, daisies, and greenery, adding movement and freshness without “weighing down” the space. Even the reception details followed the same philosophy: white tablecloths, straw umbrellas, soft textures, and subtle lighting as the sun went down, creating an atmosphere of effortless elegance.
Maria herself chose a wedding dress that suited the beach perfectly, with clean lines and light, sheer details on the shoulders that caught the light beautifully. Dimitris, in a suit in soft gray-green tones, kept the look modern and summery, while the bouquet—white blooms with eucalyptus—matched harmoniously with the entire decor.
