The name of the Aelia Estate was not chosen by chance. From the beginning, the goal was to find a deeply Greek word that captures the uniqueness and magic of the moments that will be hosted in the space. The search focused on a word that would radiate light, hope and positivity, elements directly linked to his values.

The word "Aelia" was the ideal choice. With roots in the Homeric language, it means "source of life from light" and is associated with the word "aelios", which in the ancient Greek language referred to the Sun – the ultimate symbol of light, optimism and life.

When the estate was named "Aelia", this was not done simply as a reference to a beautiful sound. It was a wish: every moment one lives in this space will be bright, full of warmth and happiness. With its name, Aelia Estate symbolizes exactly what it wants to offer – memories full of light and joy.

It is with great pleasure that we present to you the renewed Majestic Multipurpose Center, which we aspire to establish as a distinguished venue for well-organized events of all kinds. The history of the Majestic Shopping Center begins 47 years ago in Koropi. Our Multispace, with a total area of 10 acres, consists of a complex of indoor and outdoor spaces, having the ability to host a wide range of events, both formal and informal. In addition, it operates all 12 months of the year as it has the appropriate infrastructure to ensure the flawless completion of every event, even in case of unpredictable weather conditions. At the same time, our elegant space offers high quality services, with the aim of organizing successful and unforgettable events. Polychoros Majestic features the chapel of Agios Polykarpos & Timiou Stavrou, in which it is possible to perform weddings and baptisms with the permission of the Metropolis of Mesogaia. The picturesque, particularly beautiful church fits perfectly with the aesthetics of all our spaces. During the work stoppage due to the pandemic, we took the opportunity to renew ourselves and be able to offer even more benefits to those who will trust us to organize their event. Furthermore, we proceeded with the creation and construction of the new state-of-the-art sister property Majestic Gold, whose operation is expected to start from the summer of 2023 and will have the infrastructure to host 1,000 people in a seated set up and 1,800 people in a standing cocktail! In the context of the renewal of our multi-purpose hall and having as points of reference the idyllic natural environment and the commanding view, we sought to create a harmonious set of nature, architecture and functionality in our facilities. Poolside Velli, is truly a apocalypse for summer events, watching it unfold among the centuries old olive trees, ensures the privacy of your reception surrounded by high walls decorated with flowers and climbing plants and rows of cypress trees like natural windbreaks. Its capacity is 400 people seated and 1,000 people cocktail.

Prive Velli, as an alternative venue for even more special moments with your inner most close ones (up to 200 people seated). Modern but with monastic touches. The bar on the left side and the rock garden with fountains give a fresh touch and the mix of stone and wood adds a sense of luxury and majesty.

Chalet Velli, if the winter is your thing, the mansion with Scandinavian standards, the stone fireplace that dominates the space, directly opposite the bridal table and the large glass surfaces that surround the room to enjoy the luxurious. The seating capacity is 300 seated and 600 cocktail guests.

Gala is a space that we think will amaze you. Although it is on the main avenue, a few meters after going up our paved entrance you will see a completely natural environment with plane trees, mulberries, acacias, various fragrant flowers, a nature particularly rich in aromas. But the surprises don't stop there. After going up a small passage you will find yourself in a "square" that will surely remind you of something from the central square of the village, while somewhere there you can hear the waters of a waterfall. Nevertheless!!! for your reception, these are not enough.....we are not a venue....we just use a nice, maybe fairytale venue,...we will cook for you our delicious food,...we will make you "dance" with the best DJs. ...... but in the end what we do is ENTERTAIN you!!!!!
