I started my career in Photography after I left what I was doing before this, to follow my dream. I got involved with portrait & documentary photography at first. My first wedding to shoot was in Athens, Greece, and I never thought that this would drive my work life towards this Photography field. Photography for me is what made me drop out of school some years ago without second thoughts. Marriage is about moments. Moments that should stay forever and that's what I try to do at every wedding. The best moments that will last forever. I was born and live in Alimos, where my seat is also. But I am active all over Greece, mostly in Santorini as well as in Frankfurt.

Hello, I am Nikos Papadoglou and I am a photographer!

Photography for me is an exciting world, full of realism and emotions. It's a matter of perception and perspective. These are exactly the characteristics I want to see in every photograph since I started in 1998 and professionally in 2002.

Each couple has its own identity, ready to "write" a new story, their own. Wedding photography is a series of very personal choices, based on knowledge, sincerity, but above all aesthetics. Wedding photography is a unique and special moment, but one that doesn't give you the opportunity for repetition. Perhaps this is the magic, the seriousness, and the respect of wedding photography. A key factor for a beautiful result is focusing on the character, mood, chemistry, and bonds of each couple, who will be together with the photographer on the wedding day.

That's why I always focus on the character, mood, and bonds of these people. When asked what my best and at the same time favorite photograph is so far, my answer is "The one I haven't taken yet...," because I always aim for diversity and the opportunity to become better each time at what truly interests me. So... "Every wedding is a new story!"

And this is because photography at a wedding is an unpredictable and changing world full of moments ready to be captured with every click. All this, combined with good mood, great chemistry, and proper communication, make me unable to forget how much I love this profession no matter how many years pass.
